Maternity Leaves at Infosys

I am 18 weeks pregnant and want to know how does leave policy works at Infosys. I know they have 8 weeks of paid maternity leave however while going through all the policies mentioned in portal it seems like FMLA (12 weeks) and short term disability runs concurrent to Maternity leave. Can anyone please advice how many total leaves I can avail? Also, for short term disability do I have to enrol for insurance at Infosys only? Currently, I am under my husband’s employer insurance.
