I got an initial offer from Lam for Product Engineer role @Lam Research Base 130k Sign on 25k RSU 50k/ 3 yrs Location - Bay Area YEO - 5 I think they are low balling me. Any thoughts ? Thank you! #lamresearch
Current Base is 125k. That’s one of the reasons why I want to change.
See if you can get a base of 135, but it is still noise. You get the 25k signon and the stocks. Do you have stocks you are leaving behind?
