Thoughtspot hiring sucks
I gave thoughtspot interviews. Recruiter asked my expectations saying interviews went well and asked for my payslips.After somedays recruiter told me that interviews was not that great and they can offer 20percent lesser than my ask. Now Recruiter is not replying to my email nor phone call. Is it common thing by thoughtspot recruiters? TC 67 YOE 6

Very common thing. Happened similar to me last week. My current role is with Uber. Me: My salary is X rupees. I’m looking for 20-30% increase to my current salary. Recruiter: if you are happy with current salary, why do you need more money ? Is the change of job only for more money ? You shouldn’t run behind money, run for good work… blah blah.. I said I’m not interested to proceed further.
They have a policy of not sending the offer letter unless you are willing to join
