how much can i trust payscale and glassdoor salaries? they seem low to me for ux positions
Use h1bdata it is more accurate once you take into account the bands it offers for roles

Where do u go to see h1b data. I checked it one time when they applied my h1 (small startup) so was easy to spot which one was mine. Reported salary was way low than my tc. So checked out my ceo's TC from h1 application and it was like 200k. Dude was certainly making a LOT more than that as me a swe was making that much. Companies report much lower in h1 application? Are they required to report exact pay??

Glassdoor ruined my life. Didn’t even bother with FANG applications looking at such low salaries for high cost of living areas. I have recovered now but wasted so many years.
Is ux listed on levels.fyi? Glassdoor leans low cuz it's got historical data in it's averages. Dunno about payscale. Last I tried it a few years ago it skewed low as well. If ux isn't on levels I think ur best bet is asking for similar position/company/yoe here at blind.
