salary negotiations
i am on the hunt for a change and wanted to get some advice on valuing yourself and how to feel confident in negotiating a higher salary. i am also looking to get out of a base + commission, sales forward role into something more straight salary if that matters all is appreciated!

Having multiple offers and playing them against each other is generally the best negotiation tool.
