Just informed by my managers that paytm is laying of 20-30 percent of the workforce . This happened in paytm payments bank too .They want to keep this matter internal and giving lower stack rank and bell curve bullshit to the affected employees. From my internal viewpoint i know there were some good people(and Tier 1 college) who were laid off just due to the fact that they were not in good relation with their managers. #Paytm #paytm #ppbl #firing #layoff
There is absolutely no correlation. Source: I went to a top school (regularly rated top 5 in the world) and managed teams with people of from a variety of schools.
Is it only in payment bank?
what about Paytm Money?
I don't know anyone who is fired by Paytm recently.
