Correct, 60-days was the absolutely minimum due to WARN act...which Elon for sure considered dodging....because he us Elon

This is not severance. You are still an employee for 60 days as legally obligated by WARN. Severance would be anything that comes after your termination in 60 days.

What if the date of separation says 4/19/2024? If the severance amount is approx 2 months of base pay, does that mean you are still on payroll for 2 months after 4/19. Asking in case of visa holders, trying to understand when the unemployment clock starts ticking?
