Tracking user of a text app number (textnow)
When we think life is getting weird with covid -19 and Pentagon stating sights of UFO I have a stalker. This person is someone that I have met before but is clearly jealous. I'm getting constant harassment but it is not life threatening. When I started looking up online it seems to file a police complaint and for them to take an action, it has to be a life threatening event. This person claims to be a man, who claims to know me. I used a 3rd part app to findout that it's from TextNow app. This person keeps changing his number so it's hard to keep blocking. I'm also getting calls at night. Is there a way to find out the owner of these text app number from TextNow? I don't mind paying for online services to findout who this culprit is. TC: 190k Yoe: 5
Change your number and don't give it to anyone who you cannot 100% trust. Privacy is everything. Happened to me too. Still not able to track that asshole.
Report the spam to your phone carrier. They can escalate with small number providers like textnow to block this type of behaviour

Why don't you simply change your own number?
That's definitely an option I'm considering that this point.
