Freshworks - Salary negotiation
At the offer negotiation stage for Lead Software Engineer role at Freshworks, Chennai Current Tc - 40LPA + 15% VIP How much can I negotiate? Would they be open for 45-50 base ? Also, how is the Dev Marketplace platform team? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Did you receive the offer? Not sure if freshworks will be able to match 40+ for lead, but you can try. Have a few friends from dev marketplace team, heard it's bleeding and lost a quite a lot of people in short span due to politics.
