DataDog final interview
Hello Blind Fam, Got done with Datadog final interview for Solutions engineering lead last week and the recruiter just emailed to connect tomorrow for 30 mins. Does this mean offer or rejection? Has anyone else faced this? TC 220

I’ve found rejections usually come on email with an invitation to chat if possible & offers come like you mention. Wishing the best my friend.

It was a rejection
Probably a formal follow up to your final interview. Could go either way depending on the recruiter.
