Uber India salary after IPO
Hi, I am planning to interview at Uber India mobility division and would like to know what is the salary structure here at Uber Hyderabad office after the IPO days? What is the typical breakup? How is their Payments Android and iOS teams? What do you guys think about the move from MS to Uber? TC: 60L. (38 base, 0-20% bonus, 22L stock vesting next year). 9 yoe.
For how much TC hike are you willing to switch ?
For SSE 1 and 2, it will be in range of 80 L to 1.2 Cr. But I doubt they will consider sde 2 for SSE in uber.
Do you have the breakdown for SSE 2? Also any idea for the range of Staff software engineer? I recently had SSE 2 in SFO, turned down because had better offer from FB.
No idea on breakup. I had entry level chat with recruiter and she told me the numbers.

38 for 62. That's pretty high. This looked more like l63/l64 base. Is 22 lpa stock per year ? How much are average refreshers ?
