uber product manager interview process

I have a question with regards to the interview process for product managers at uber. after the initial phone screen do they expect you to create a huge deck with a product proposal, with designs, implementation steps, how to measure and risks? I remember they used to ask candidates for that back a couple to 3 years ago. not sure if that has changed.
