I am also in a same boat. I had my onsite interviews 2 weeks ago and recruiter is saying they need more time to make decision. Today I looked at my online job application and now it shows the job post for which I interviewed is not available. Anyone have any latest info?
It doesn’t work like that. If you are being intentionally delayed, it’s likely they have a better candidate in their mind and you are their second choice
What's the turn-around time to get the outcome after a phone screen interview?
2 days. More than that either they are interviewing other candidates or are not interested , the recruiter might give a better picture.
