Lending Club vs Five9
Hi, I have 2 offers for a Senior software engineer role. Please provide your inputs on the below offers and the companies. Company : Lending Club Base : 195k RSUs: 100k / 3yrs Annual bonus : 25k Company : Five9 Base : 185k RSUs: 175k / 4yrs Annual bonus : 20k No sign on bonus in either. I liked both the teams. I don't mind joining either team. With Five9, it's the final offer. No room for negotiations. With Lending Club, I haven't negotiated yet. Any idea on where I can ask for more? Five9 is a great company to work for. They gave us two 2k covid bonuses last year for no reason to everyone. Our stock has consistently crushed it for 6 years. They've given us random days off just because like last week they told us they're giving us this Friday off for mental health month. Look on Glassdoor or other sites.
