Sysdig Worst Start up to work for
Sysdig continues to hire people but beware they don't talk about there Senior people keeps leaving them too. No culture but all politics. Direction is not clear what company wants to do but seems like its becoming another Grafana tool integrating with Promothues. They keep talking about Falco but other then GS don't see big companies believing in there technology. Culturally very depressing i believe time to move on. Tc 280 YOE 11
You have no idea. If you think we are trying to become another grafana then you either don’t work for us and are trolling or haven’t realized we have a whole other security business.
Yeah… something is off here about Grafana. I think the OP misunderstands the product’s offering. Anyways, I agree there are company politics and they’re usually present at any company, but I do agree sometimes they’re more visible at Sysdig. It’s probably because the management needs more training.

...and they just RIFed 10%, wonderfully inept Management that got some funding during the "VC boom years", as mentioned in the company reviews.. once the market tanked, reality arrives
Plenty of cash in the bank. Was pressure from Vc/board to layoff since everyone else is doing it.
more than likely making it pretty for an M&A, they cut their Sales people heavily, including an entire GTM ...IPO not gonna happen anytime soon, inept management with VC pressure, no surprise.
