I dont think E3 total compensation can go higher than 140 K in bay area. Looks like you are better off at LAM. Ask for E4 or higher, you deserve it

Either 1) say nothing and ask their first offer and then negotiate 2) say an offer that you'll definitely join for. Tc200 worth a shot
The new role is for E4. Would the TC be close to 250K?
I don't think these companies pay that much. Your E3 tc looks like KLA P3 equivalent. P4/e4 i still feel 200+ is a good offer for your yoe. Do correct if you get better, information might help other folks
