Hi all, I just wanted to research some good teams or organizations at @Elastic for senior software engineers, tech leads or even managers. Thank you!

Team fit depends a lot on skills and background. If you like or dislike working in a particular language that could push you to one team or another. It's probably easier for you to list the positions you care about rather than for me to list teams.
Thanks for the comment. This makes total sense but I don’t have any teams in mind. Just exploring possibilities if they come and haven’t seen anything particular. I am well versed in Java and python. I was thinking maybe the search org? I am also interested in AI and it seems the company is also investing a lot into it
So there is a search org and a search team in the platform org. The former is sort of productizing the work of the latter. The latter is building shared infrastructure used by lots of products. That's elasticsearch. You can just go look at the code there. There's a lot to learn from all the public repos. I'd any of those feel fun tell me which and I can translate that into an org. I can speak for the platform team a bit. It's fairly respected and has good standards. The work itself happens like contributing to an Apache project. Except with a company right there. It's a weird mix. But it works.
