TrueCar lied to stock holders

About a year ago USAA made changes to their site which affected our traffic to the tune of maybe negative millions in revenue. Truecar knew about the changes but failed to inform stockholders during the earnings call at the time. As a result, many C level share holders were able to "cash out" before anything was made public.
