You already said top two. Third is, if you do not reply to messages in a minute, for every new message in 30 mins asking for the progress.

old🧘🏽♂️ OP Aug 30, 2019Nailed it. I noticed this in their interaction with other members in the early days, then started like live blogging on jira while fixing a prod issue. Even that has had it’s downside, but mostly been ok. Surprised it is similar at Amazon - different from what I am reading about LP for on-site.

Quit, move teams or wait till they do the same or retire. My strategy was to start interviewing but luckily she retired.
