Why not FXAIX? Div yield is 1.78%. Higher compared to others with such a low expense ratio. Lowest expense ratio I ever see. 0.015% Try your luck with half in crypto and rest in assured income. STWD is high dividend stock 9.84%. I see their potential go upto $25. Reinvesting dividend will easily double position soon.
is this https://fundresearch.fidelity.com/mutual-funds/summary/315911750? if you're going to invest in index funds anyway, then why not VTSAX, with the lowest expense ratio?
Yes. VTSAX expense ratio is .04. The one I recommended is .015. 10 year perf remain same both.

You have 400 K in CDs? What are you a boomer?
What if that's the fixed income part of a 10m portfolio?
Also you left out your TC… TC or GTFO
Nice flex
You have pretty conservative portfolio. Put the 400k in RYCEY. currently 6x opportunity at the time of writing
Its conservative, need to change. Thinking of 3-fund portfolio edited the Op. Is that %age of vtsax, vtiax, vbtlx good?
VTSAX is very conservative. You could probably take some out of that (10%) and put into the other buckets
QQQ
And/or VGT, VTI
Edited op to include vbtlx vtiax
