why work for a company at all?
software engineering, hardware engineering, sales.. they all pale in comparison to those at the top. not saying its easy but why dont more poeple start their own? be your own boss. make $$$

I need enough capital to risk it. At least two years worth of mortgage savings. This means working for another 5 years for me...plus finding a partner.
Look to gain happiness by finding a partner, not necessarily for financial reasons.
