Day1 CPT at Walmart, Cerner and Intel
Hello Blind community, you’ve been super helpful always! # Does Intel, Walmart and Cerner take interviews of candidates who are on Day1 CPT ? Do they allow employees to keep working on Day1 CPT if employees are not picked in 3 lottery attempts of OPT ? I have an interview scheduled. Please advice if I should mention it to HR. What other companies allow working on Day1 CPT ? Thanks #stemopt

So, I'm assuming you plan to get in on F-1? In that case, if you exhaust all of your STEM extension and your H1-B didn't come along. Yes, Cerner does support you to continue your employment on a CPT that you receive via enrollment to a college that supports day 1 CPT.
In walmart, CPI is not a interview blocker
In walmart,If your team has a presence in india its a cakewalk to move ..same team same manager same project just work from india..instead of paying you 150k base they can wrap you up in 60-80k TC..why not?

Does Walmart offer an option to go to any other country and return on L1 visa ?
They do allow you to go to india but it's a long process to come back on L1. You'll have to find a team to take you in first, then work there for some minimum time, 1 year I think, then must have a team ready to sponsor you back to USA.
