Place is a mess. WLB is great because nothing ever gets done, but management is questionable to say the least and compensation is a joke. Employee turnover is crazy high, 75% of my group left in the past year

That is just one perspective, but the chaos/dysfunction does depend on which area of the org. Avoid traditional Insurance side. Been at Humana for a few years as a Product Manager and paid better than what I see offered a lot of places when I browse for jobs. TC $165
