Pick top 5 companies in terms of WLB and Culture

What companies would you pick as the top 5 in terms of culture and good WLB at the moment. I do understand that the current environment is not great and WLB does depend on the team as well. But I am looking for a general idea. For example, we know that amazon is way off for WLB and culture :). I presume Google might be the best right now since the rest is nowhere near dominant/has questionable long term future and because Satya looks like he wants to squeeze every ounce going forward. Optimizing for wlb? I know a few peers at the ads and search side at Google. Literal retirement there. So much bureaucracy you get nothing done. Cloud in general means actual work. Especially on calls.
