SWE what to expect in terms of TC/Base/RSU. YoE: 10 (no faang) Current TC (same as base) : 230. RSU: paper money.

In general the base will be a bit lower but the paper money is generous. Standard but on the higher end imo. In general you can ask for a lot as they are looking to hire strong people away from Tesla, Apple etc. Get ready to work your ass off 🙂
