Heard Doordash is doing silent layoff through PIP after Mid Year Perf evaluation. A bunch of people I interviewed from Doordash recently confirmed that the management is engaging in silent layoff through fake perf reviews after Mid Year and Year End to scare engineers and visa holders and create work for HR and recruiters to backfill the headcount. Is it true ?
