Hi All,

I am interviewing at AMAZON for the L7 sr. Manager role within AWS. Would someone guide me on what would be good salary range to target.

    It is the mix of engineering and PM. The role will have managers and ICs reporting directly.

      I really don’t think 500k+ is a realistic expectation. I am not saying you won’t get it, but this is far higher than the other L7 sr mngrs Tc I heard. 300+ is more realistic

    I highly recommended spending time on leadership principles and prepare for open ended questions. Recruiters Wil prep well as well.
