Apple offer for 10 yoe

What should be offer in test team for software engineer with 10 year of experience at Apple? Is it worth to move for salary hike of 30% to Bay Area? Came to know Apple wont give out RSU in review cycles for 1-3 years if u r an avg performer is that true? Plz suggest what should be total compensation
