Is there anywhere that I can find what percentage of a company is owned by that company itself? https://www.investopedia.com/articles/markets/120115/top-5-apple-shareholders.asp doesn't list apple as a shareholder. Why?

A company owning shares of itself is a temporary thing. They'll either destroy the shares to concentrate ownership amongst existing shareholders, or sell them to raise cash, or give them out as incentives.
They can't actually be voted.
Don't they need to disclose how many they bought (at what price) and how many did they sell? I imagine if this information wasn't public, they could do some sort of hoarding to artificially inflate prices.
