Audible interview
Anyone here interviewed with audible? Is it harder than regular Amazon? How is the phone and onsite, do they ask anything about Amazon leadership principles?

SDE 1: Audible was really challenging but at the same time the most transparent I've ever had. The recruiter was in constant communication with me every step of the way. It started with a general phone call with the recruiter, basic stuff. Then I had an online coding test, 2 questions in an hour. Then there was a coding test with an interviewer. I think it was 1 coding question. I don't remember if there was behavioral (or LP) questions in that. Finally I had an onsite. It was 5 interviews (mostly coding, some systems design, one fully behavioral, all having an LP element). That was rough, mostly because it was a full day. Super quick turnaround, had a phone call with the recruiter at the end of it and they got back to me in 2 days
Is it ok if you bomb system design, can you still get an offer if you do well on the others?
Same type of process and yes on LPs.
