I live in north plano myself. Damn good community. Great schools and great amenities.

350-400k will get you a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo in West Plano, All the best my friend!

If you don't have schools to worry about look at The Colony near Grandscape. Still affordable and rising fast.

The houses there are amazing! Congrats!
Plano, Allen, Frisco. The suburbs are rich, have amenities and have low crime.
