What should I expect at a technical phone screen with DocuSign? Interviewing for a front end position. Not much info on Glassdoor currently. Any insight is appreciated.

  • I have had bad experience when I interviewed with DocuSign. In my opinion, I would look for much better companies than to waste time and efforts in this

I don't want to back out now that they're ready to interview me. Why was your experience bad?

Most phone screens involve your understanding what the position involves and asking for a date and time to set up an interview. Where the location is at and what you should bring.

If you made it that far, you have, at the very least, the minimum requirements for the job in the eyes of the company.

“That far”? Phone screens are the first impression a company will have of you after your resume. And OP probably means it’s a technical phone screen, not a logistical one to set up another interview lol

I can’t speak for what sorts of questions they might ask, though.

If it's a normal dev position, and this is a technical interview (not a recruiter screen), I usually ask a relatively simple algorithm design and coding question to get a feel for your problem solving style. Also a little bit about your background to ensure that you didn't BS your resume. Don't know how the front end teams do it.
