Does Facebook check the internal FB profiles of recruits and/or staff?
Just curious - seems like a pretty exposing amount of information sitting at their pretty little fingertips.

No, that's a huge privacy violation. All of this is highly monitored and any employee who checks non-public information from your profile is fired immediately. We take this sort of thing very seriously.
What would they check for?
I don’t know. How about everything? Are you a horrible person? Did you hate your boss? Are you racist? Do you have kids? Are you pregnant? ...honestly, I lack the imagination here - but there are a host of questions available for them to ask- am I right?
I mean, sure, and of course it’s all open to them, but most of that will come out sooner or later.
