Google New Grad TC
Just got T3 new grad offer (Yay!!!!!) from 🅱️oogle TC @ 158k (116k base, 17k bonus, 100k/4 stock) with a sign-on of 15k. The only competing offer I have is Amazon new grad offer. Just did an onsite with FB for new grad if it matters. Pretty satisfied with the offer right now, but I don't want to be lazy as well. Should I try to negotiate?

Your stock is quite low, you could get more
For your reference, my fb offer is 115k base, 65k sign on, 10% target bonus, 150k/4 stock. If you get the fb offer, definitely use it to negotiate.
Is this for new grad returning intern?
I just asked for more stock and they gave me 150k/4

it's a return intern offer -- 108k base, 34k sign on over 2 yrs, and 70k/4 stock
That sounds low even by Amazon standards. A couple of years back it was 105k base, 75k signon split by 2 and 70k/4 ( usual amazon backload ) RSU. Now the RSU are 200k due to stock appreciation, lot of over paid new grads in Amazon.
Always negotiate — 130 base 25k sign on and 150k stock. See where they go from there.

Congrats 🎊 but there’s a lot of room for negotiation. Apart from fb try snap, OCI, Dropbox, and twitter. And LinkedIn if you’re open to the Bay Area.
