Help: Comment your salary - Advice on Market Value
Need ppl to comment their experience, role, and salary so I can accurately calibrate my market value for negotiations. Please be honest and comment even if high or low. Current: MSFT Level 62 3 yr experience 135 base 130 rsu unvested Salesforce Offer: SMTS 145k base 130k rsu 40k signing Google Offer: Haven't yet gotten terms. Just informed of wanting to make an offer. We talk tomorrow. Also inquiring with Msft recruiters about negotiating an increase with an offer for an internal transfer team. Interview with Amazon Monday. What am I worth?

My role isn't listed on there, and not willing to disclose at this time. Would warn that like blind and any self reporting, the numbers tend to skew towards the high end. Look through the individual submissions to see if others got the same offer as you did. Also note the yoe difference per level. You're at 3 yoe, in the same level can be people with 5-7 yoe.
