Highest paying public non FAANG companies

What public non faang companies pay the most in the bay area? Do any come close to 350k tc for Senior SWEs? I can think of Splunk and Roku. Exhausted my options with Snap, Slack, Twitter, Square, Stripe, AirBnb, Amazon, Facebook, Dropbox, Netflix, Twillio, and Uber (mostly from applications going to a black hole, although I did get rejected after on sites with some of these. I got an offer from Uber, but it didnt work out)

Edit: thank you all for sharing companies that meet the criteria. For those saying that I am being arrogant demanding 350k tc, I am not demanding that much. I simply want to maximize my tc if im going to relocate to the most expensive city in the country from hum drum middle of nowhere with dirt cheap col. Shameless plug - Im looking for referrals! Ill probably end up as a contractor at Google stuffing my face with ice cream all day to deal with being treated like a second class citizen if i cant get interviews at these companies.

Update: I have pending onsites at Google, Lyft, and 4 others. May the leetcode force be with me.

They didn’t deserve feedback. I asked for interview feedback and got a bs canned response. The team has been sitting on an open spot for close to a year too.

I made more $$ working at Target as a principal than most at FAANG and I turned down Google because of the arrogance and entitlement. And I got to live in the middle of nowhere in what would have cost millions in the valley. So when I see guys from google making 3-4-500,000:year with roommates and a POS car, I just laugh my ass off.

For those questioning my comp, although it's not really the point of this thread, I have 20+ years of experience in distributed systems design and implementation focusing on related topics - persistence layers, stream processing, language design, etc. The point of this thread, to me, is that I got sick and tired of the Valley Lifestyle, and decided to move out, take *less* $ on the surface, but a tremendously better quality of life - to me, and to my family. I live in Germany now, and I'm able to buy an incredible house, with land, in a picturesque setting for 600k EUR - all doable with a valley skillset abroad now. Basically, I decided to stop letting "the man" make decisions about how and where I was going to live my life. And we haven't looked back since. Your Mileage May Vary!

I don't get the question. You're asking for high paying non fang companies and then rejecting the suggestions because they are too high tiered? Is the goal to find high pay and a low interviewing bar? Might be better to just explicitly state that, since the notion of tiers is blurry.

There needs to be a PSA about posting total comp without stock appreciation included. Including appreciation makes comparing offers and companies more difficult. Knowing the original numbers and refreshers without appreciation allows people to calibrate their expectations when asking for comp or evaluating offers.
