How is google Asia ( Japan/ Singapore) like? Is there any better chance to grow in Asia offices compared to MTV?

Singapore is APAC hub and alot of senior leadership there. There are alot of opportunities to get promoted and grow.any new markets you're launching into. It's the best in Asia and one of the top globally. Professional one of the better decisions. there's no culture in Singapore and you'll be bored, but it's convenient to travel. I wouldn't advise on Japan, Hong Kong or Taiwan since it's very local and you're limited to exposure and impact. I would advise only move to these countries for personal reasons.
