My husband hesitates to spend $15 on HBO to watch Game of Thrones. Our TC is 750K.
I’d probably spend $100 a month for hbo when GoT, SV, and Veep return
🤫
True Detective, Westworld. HBO is worth more than cable by itself
Given 750K combined TC, you should just subscribe to it yourself. I think your husband just doesn't want to watch game of thrones 😂 If he does want to watch it, then I think maybe it's taking "good with finances" a little too far. There's a point where time is more important than money.
Very reasonable. It’s easy to think of money the same way you did in college even when you make so much more now. Not the worst thing as long as he’s not actively preventing you from just buying it yourself
Why do you need to ask your spouse for $15? I wouldn’t for any petty expenses like this one. If you have to, then you need to do something about it.
You’re missing the real point here - TC aside he doesn’t love GoT. Dump that shit
GoT has been god awful last 2 seasons. Couldnt give a flying fuck about it now. Will read the plot on wikipedia when its out.
If he has figured out a way for you to watch it in HD without breaking the law while also saving the $15, he's a keeper. Else, he's not someone who understands that money simply is means to achieving a certain quality of life.
It’s only $5 as an add-on to Directv Now :-)
If you are asking this question for 15$ definitely not a keeper from your perspective
Pirate life for him. Don't give $$ to the greedy assholes at HBO.
The little things add up... But at $750k it shouldn't matter. Maybe you guys can set aside $x per month for each of you, that you can spend or save however you want, no questions asked?
Bullshit.
Which part is bullshit?
