AFAIK, people usually refer people who they can vouch for. People they know and have worked with. People don't typically refer strangers. Or am I crazy? Anyone referring random people from blind that you've not worked with?
Dedication innovation doesn’t matter, only leetcode matters. If u r done with 100 hard and 150 medium - then getting a referral would help. Otherwise continue LC. Good luck.
