Did really well in the interviews. Got this offer 150k base/ 25k worth stocks / 20k sign on Yoe 6 + masters Looks really low. Maybe they didn't give smts. I used to hear that they pay really well Any scope?
“I used to hear that they pay really well” Compared to what? From what I know, they don’t pay at par with FAANMG or even uber/lyft/Airbnb etc.
Can confirm - am going back to FAANMG with a much higher TC and same @ Airbnb even for new grads
Is it $25k/yr? Remember, you also get an actual bonus which is 15% for smts. But pay wise, Salesforce is competitive, but not really that high.
Don't they give smts or lmts for 8 yoe?

My recruiter was very specific about the level they were offering me. You should clarify that from the recruiter. I got MTS with 2yoe + masters. My offer was 155k/100k over 4/20k bonus. I negotiated on RSUs and joining bonus. They only negotiate if you have competing offers.
So 175 a year TC? Would be too low for me, same Yoe, no masters. What’s your current TC?
