Wiki - confluence?
Task tracking - Jira?

If someone shares what they had for lunch from Apple cafe they can get fired and you want to know the internal tools?

To address why Apple is so secretive, it's their business in a nut shell. The biggest reason people invest in their products is for protection. Say what you will about "well Macs can be hacked, too". Sure, but not nearly as frequently as PC's. I'm not a fan of Apple products, but you have to call a spade a spade. They protect your data better than anybody else.

I think in this particular case it was because the guy took the photo of his food using a prototype phone and people could tell from the uploaded photos metadata what the new phone camera specs were, so not really because of leaking the food itself

Very interesting. But can someone still share? Don't use your prototype devices to type the answer or maybe you're a recent ex employee and don't care
