Yes they do!! But not for junior positions like right out college. Anything above that, they do!!

In general, Workday does not do new h1b application but can take h1b transfer for P3 and above (P1/P2 = new grads). There are some exceptions based on roles, for example data scientists (can support new grads h1b if very strong).
