Hi all, most of the companies have outdated old rules wherein someone who joins, waits for 1 year before the stocks starts vesting yearly or 6-montly. Which companies have changed the polices so that stocks start vesting immediately post joining?
No cliff at Google starting with 2018 new hires.
Someone said the other day that RSUs changing for new employees starting next year is this true? Like you don't get it in the first year or something
Not sure about that. They changed like a year or so ago so you don’t get a refresher the first year.
1-year cliff at Linkedin, then vests every quarter. No cliff for refreshes if you are lucky to have them.
Lol, that lucky part is soo true 😂
No cliff at PayPal that I am aware of.
Snap
