A friend of mine got a NASDAQ SWE offer (TC 145 YOE:2). He is currently doing interview rounds with a few FAANGs but he is getting tired and wants to just settle for a fintech offer with NASDAQ. I know he can do better but before I convince him to not give up, I want to make sure NASDAQ sucks.
