Congratulations!! Did your new company tell you if they have a back up in place in case something goes wrong with the transfer?
No, I think they don’t promise anything on paper. But my manager and immigration team told me that they will take care of the case if anything goes south.
Thanks!
Congrats! I have almost the same timeline as yours, but haven't seen approval yet. Sad.
I hope you are watching myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov because it updates there first.
Yeah, on my account.uscis.dhs it shows approved. How long does egov take to update?
How long it took for the case documents to sent to USCIS from the time you received the offer ?
Yep. Same question
5 weeks including the Christmas week, 3.5 weeks excluding vacation days.
Just curious.. did you do your masters online. Congrats btw :)
