What is the process interview at Barclays after the 1st coding round.

Someone from Barclay's may provide specific answer but for another IB we used to do 3 rounds after phone screen. 1. Tech - LC easy level with algo and ds questions and few language specific questions based on candidates experience. 2. Design - open ended question with focus on OOPs/design patterns. 3. Behavior - Generally to rule out any major red flags.
TC or GTFO? Jokes aside, why would a VP have a coding interview? Is this a rank inflation thing? EM and above needs no coding interview. If fact I'd be concerned if my VP was leetcoding for six months before the job. Red flags all around.
iirc yeah it's just title inflation, Barclays VP can be just a senior dev.
