Blind India community, I need referals to remote/mostly remote companies in India. By mostly remote I mean, companies which have quarterly work from office or off sites. I'm a backend engineer. YoE : 3 TC ~ 30 L Would prefer larger companies, but decent sized startups also work. Not looking for very early stage companies. I had a referral for Twilio. Recruiter said that the team he was hiring for did not have a budget for TC over 35 lacs per year with max base as 27. And also the location would be Bangalore. So did not go ahead. :/

Done. What's the scene with ServiceNow ? Have my first round of interview on Monday. Haven't specifically spoken to the recruiter about remote, but I think I've read it depends on the HM.
Yeah, it is dependent on the team… but 70% of the teams in India are hybrid (2-3 office days per week)
