YOE : 3.5 Currently SDE 2 in Amazon TC: 46L I have received an offer from Dunzo for SSE1 position. Here's the breakup - Base - 50L Variable pay - 5L Joining bonus - 2.5L ESOPs - Approx. 46L worth for 4 years This makes the TC approximately 69L I'm expecting an L61 offer from Microsoft (Bing org, Hyderabad), and also an offer from Adobe (Advertising cloud, don't know the level yet) Help me with these points - • What's the salary band for MS L61? Is it worth expecting that Microsoft will match these numbers? • Same question for Adobe. •Is it possible that MS will raise my offer to L62 if they are not able to match at L61? (given my YOE is only 3.5) • How's the Bing org in MS in terms of work, oncall load, hikes, overall WLB? • Is it worth considering Adobe at this point? • Anyone has any reviews of Dunzo in terms of culture and WLB? MS would not match even at L62 let alone L61 and no they won't uplevel at all. I like Adobe so would consider that if offer are similar. Dunjo is not listed right so i would not count stock just now in overall tc but again that's personal to me
I agree I wouldn't count ESOPs equivalent to cash. But, I wouldn't count them 0 either. In fact, I'll prefer MS even if they little lower. But, it would be difficult for me if they are a lot lower.
L61 can go to max ~ 53lpa including joining bonus
the work load is very high at Dunzo as being the startup they work with a lot of velocity, surely you will learn a lot but soon you will start feeling exhausted due to the very long hours work but you will surely learn a lot
microsoft is pretty chill organization in terms of workload although i guess they can't go to high with the TC
First time seeing dunzo offering SDE-3 level for 3.5. You are initially looped into SDE-3 role or your went really well?

Dunzo is solid business. Specially their b2b fleet leasing to likes of swiggy zomato amzn. Wlb will be bad but good learning with scale.
I don't get what dunzo is doing. Swiggy has started its genie service which makes dunzo irrelevant. Don't think they'll last much longer.
They are getting into e-commerce business - "Dunzo stores"
Swiggy genie uses dunzo/rapido fleets at backend. Even for some percentage of food deliveries they delegate it to them. And so does zomato. Restaurant aggregation and fleet management are very different businesses. With EVs on horizon, it'll only grow.
