Tower offers different packages based on college or interview performance?
Nope, the base is 30 LPA, bonus is 8-16 lpa based on performance in the year. It only hires from 2-3 guys or less from each of the old IITs so there is no ques of it being dependant on college π
How is Amazon 21L TC to newgrads? Base: 14.5L or 15L (Dual degrees) JB First Year: 3.6L Adds up to 18.1 or 18.7L No stocks first year

@isOffline It was never 25lpa. For IITs it was 19 lpa. For mtech students it was 24 lpa as they get se2 directly. It was even less if you go back by say 5 years
