i thought G has refreshers for almost everyone, and thus no cliff(even after 4 yrs)
No refresher in the first year and slow promo process makes it impossible to avoid when they were evenly vesting. The new front loaded schedule makes it less likely.

Itβs actually 635k of GSU, not 635x GSUβs
Work will be about the same. If you love what youβll be working on to value it at 100k, go for it! For me, it seems like a no brainer to stay at G, but then I love what I do here
